a/my football 375 g, 4*juggling ball 480 g - a football is more fun to bring as you can't really do it full force indoors, juggling balls are somewhat more fun outdoors but not a big difference, the football is more difficult to bring tho despite the lower weight, because of is size. it is nice to have some item that got nothing to do with camping, the so-called luxury item a handball ball perhaps! I once had one, gone now... a handball has a smaller circumference, 58-60 cm, but is at 425–475 g as heavy or heavier than a football. the IHF mentions 0.5-0.6 bar as the ball's air pressure (or 8.7 PSI). only problem would be, leg juggling with a handball just doesn't feel right :( the official ball from the Men's 2020 Euro Championships, the "Select HB Ultimate EC 2020", is 449 SEK, but there are much less expensive balls as well, e.g. a yellow-and-black from Kempa at 163.29 SEK. not that I particularly like those colors... [...] here is a much better game, Germany-Spain, the EHF final 2016. some people say it is more difficult to win the Euro than the Worlds in handball...
