inasmuch as running a blog has its good moments, the greatest being having a remark from John Carmack. writing blogposts (for me) requires three things:

a sure opinion on the topic

a creative inspiration

a set of energy for good formatting and easily legible language
as the first of those criteria already is very rare as one learns more the less sure opinion one has in many topics, unless there is some visibly invalid perspective dominant in the field. besides the need for formatting and legible language is not of use for me, and was more of a self-marketing strategy which is not needed anymore due to change of personal circumstances and goals
thus, i have considered that it will be more useful for me to use blog as personal journal/wiki for notes on impersonal things/ideas as i have seen with other personal wikis (greatest example being xah lees) they prove useful in research. also due to a variety of suboptimal developments in my life (to use softest language possible) being able to share my general thoughts in a long format can help.
long format of personal wiki is also useful for me, as i am not constrained by microblogging or other short forms at which i am much less efficient. another issue is opinion keeping/sharing which when centred on platforms dedicated to it (i.e. goodreads, rateyourmusic, imdb) implies usage of community wherein i generally get v quickly annoyed with the condition of general group and stop using it. blocking review section has helped, but those websites are primarily for research and also having more accounts which are not under my control is really against purpose.
if you have trouble with reading in this style, i am very sorry but this is the general style of my notes and is possibly closest to the way i think. this also go against the continuation of the blog as this dishonesty in the submission to liberal academic style stopped me from producing knowledge at the rate i wanted. of course if i want to do more classic research then i might write a version in the more classic style, but this is less preferable.
